integrating social media for study & group work

• build a questionnaire to gather relevant information on user needs
• interview your fellow DTU students about which tools they are using for what purpose when and where
• analyze answers to abstract the underlying functional goals
• translate goals into usage scenarios by defining <user> <needs> <value> EPIC statements
• model functionalities as UML use cases and sequence diagrams
• conceptualize interaction based on design patterns
